Floods in southern Brazil reach the center of the city of Porto Alegre

Porto Alegre (Brazil), May 3 (EFE).- The historic floods that affect the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul and that have already caused the death of 31 people reached the center of the city of Porto Alegre this Friday, after the river that runs through it reached its highest level in eight decades.
