Fire ravages shoe factory in Dhaka, no casualties reported

Dhaka, Mar 11 (EFE/EPA).- On Monday, a major fire broke out in a shoe factory in the Swarighat area of the old city of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Nine firefighting units were quickly dispatched to tackle the fire and worked to bring the situation under control.

The cause of the fire at the factory, which is a crucial concern for safety standards in Bangladesh's industrial sector, has not yet been determined.
