Experts meet in Panama to discuss tactics of kleptocracies in Latin America

Panama City, Mar 23 (EFE).- A group of international experts analyzed Thursday the kleptocracy tactics in Latin America and the Caribbean during an event held in Panama.

"(There is) a link between kleptocracy and corruption with the issue of transnational criminal structures that operate throughout Latin America and the Caribbean," the regional director of Crime Stoppers, the Argentine Alejo Campos, told EFE. (Camera: CARLOS LEMOS).
