Exhumations of genocide victims in Guatemala-

Guatemala City, Apr 26 (EFE) - "People asked us to keep the land because it had the blood of their loved ones," said Luis Enrique Salazar, one of the forensic archaeologists involved in the trial of retired general Benedicto Lucas García, accused of genocide committed against more than 1,000 indigenous people between 1981 and 1982 in northern Guatemala, before a Guatemalan court on Friday.
