The exchange of "political prisoners" is a "desperate" proposal in Venezuela.-

Caracas, Sep 1 (EFE).- Relatives and lawyers of Venezuelans considered political prisoners are promoting the idea of a "humanitarian exchange" to get them released in exchange for some concessions, yet to be defined, in favor of the government, an option they recognize as "desperate" after years of no progress in these cases.
