European leaders address the "EU strategic agenda" in Vienna

Vienna (Austria), April 12 (EFE).- The European Union (EU) must develop more military capabilities in the coming years, the president of the European Council, Charles Michel, stressed this Friday in Vienna, although he admitted that there is still no agreement on how to finance that objective.
