European Chamber of Commerce in China releases annual position paper | Video

Beijing, Sep 20 (EFE/EPA).- On Wednesday, the President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Jens Eskelund, presented the annual position paper "European Business in China".

This year's paper sheds light on the slowing momentum of China's recovery after the 2009 crisis and offers ideas for possible interventions by local policymakers.

In addition, the paper presents the challenges facing European businesses in China and proposes more than 1,000 recommendations to the Chinese government, with the aim of fostering a more conducive environment for European companies operating in the country. (Camera: MARK R. CRISTINO).
