The ELN and the Government of Colombia announce the return to dialogue for November

Caracas, Oct 4 (EFE), (Camera: Jakdwin Saez).- The guerrillas of the National Liberation Army (ELN) and the Government of Colombia will resume peace negotiations next November, according to an agreement signed this Tuesday by the parties in Venezuela, country that will act as guarantor in the dialogues, along with Cuba and Norway.
