Egypt inaugurates the "New Rafah", a city located 7 kilometers from Gaza | Video

Rafah (Egypt), April 25 (EFE).- With its identical ocher buildings, paved sidewalks and small flower beds, the city of New Rafah stands brand new and empty in Egyptian territory, just 7 kilometers from its Palestinian counterpart, where 1.4 million people wait, crowded among the ruins, an imminent Israeli attack.

STATEMENTS BY THE CHIEF OF THE BEDUIN TRIBES OF SINAI AND MEMBER OF THE EGYPTIAN PARLIAMENT, FAYEZ ABU HARG (IN ARABIC): Residential areas for the Bedouins where they lived in remote areas in order to increase services in the same place as these residential areas, the idea is to live in residential homes and buildings and have services nearby, instead of each citizen having a house and that the state establish services near this house. Well now they are areas where all the services are located.
