Dover (UK), Nov 2 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Stuart Brock) Cyclone Ciarán, one of the most powerful extratropical cyclones in recent times, is bringing heavy rain and gale-force winds to the English Channel, Spain and Belgium, with three people dead, power cuts, transport chaos and school closures.
