Ecuador, in a state of energy emergency, maintains electricity cuts in the country

Quito, April 17 (EFE).- The Ministry of Energy and Mines indicated this Wednesday that electricity cuts continue nationwide in Ecuador, a country that since Tuesday has been in an energy emergency caused by a crisis in which climatic aspects, planning, administration and "historical corruption" converged.
