Ecuador expects to create this year the marine reserve that will cover its coastline

Quito, Mar 8 (EFE), (Camera: Juan Francisco Chávez).- Ecuador expects to declare this year as a natural reserve the first eight nautical miles of its continental coast, in order to preserve one of the most biodiverse areas in the world, where there are mangroves and species such as whales, giant rays, sharks and turtles, among others, circulate.
