Ecosystems 2030 forum announces fifth edition with investors for A Coruña's ICT sector

A Coruña (Spain), Jun 29 (EFE).- The Ecosystems 2030 international innovation forum announced on Saturday a fifth edition of the event for 2025 with investors for the information and communication technology (ICT) sector in A Coruña, Spain.

Ecosystems 2030 Executive Chairman Omar Hatamleh announced that in 2025, on the occasion of the fifth edition of the event - the fourth consecutive one in A Coruña after its inauguration in Granada - several new features are to be incorporated and the presence of important international investors.

Hatamleh was pleased with this year’s conference, which served to "continue positioning this summit as a forum for debate and reflection, increasingly known and valued by the most relevant multinationals in the world, and A Coruña as a city with the necessary political vision to associate its future to the field of innovation."

"In each edition, we are implementing new features and we are aware that one of our areas for improvement is reinforcing the participation of local companies. We have already started working to consolidate the event in A Coruña further, and try to involve more the whole business ecosystem of A Coruña and Galicia associated with innovation," he said.

"That is why one of the changes for 2025 will be to attract prominent international investors primarily interested in the information and communication technology sector," explained Hatamleh.

This year, women were the protagonists, with 46 experts from more than twenty countries attending under the theme 'Women in Leadership'.

"At Ecosystems 2030 we want to bring value to companies in A Coruña and Galicia and one of the ways is to help startups in this environment to have the opportunity to expose their innovative projects to prominent international investors," Hatamleh said.

In addition, the head of Ecosystems 2030 publicly thanked the support of A Coruña City Council as the main sponsor and also the Xunta de Galicia regional government and the partner companies that collaborated, such as Inditex, Trison, Iberia, and Okta.

The fourth edition of Ecosystems 2030 concluded at the Rosalía de Castro Theater with the course 'Unleash the Innovator in You', taught by Michael Lewrick from Switzerland, an expert in entrepreneurship and author of international bestsellers. EFE
