Eastern India streets filled with protesters against corruption in education

Kolkata, Feb 26 (EFE/EPA).- Thousands of teacher candidates took to the streets in Kolkata, eastern India, on Monday to express their outrage over a major education scam involving the Bengal government.

The protesters, armed with placards and united in their chants, demanded justice for the illegal appointments that have marred the education sector.
