Early childhood education centers in Spain's Andalusia demand improvements

Seville, Mar 12 (EFE).- The TICEI 0-3 platform, which represents more than 400 Early Childhood Education Centers throughout Andalusia, has gathered in front of the Palace of San Telmo, in Seville, to demand free admission for families and fair and up-to-date public prices from the Regional Government of Andalusia.
