Drought in Ecuador's key energy reservoir leaves long blackouts and reports of boycott

Quito, April 18 (EFE).- The Mazar reservoir, the second largest in Ecuador, is at the center of the energy crisis affecting the Andean country and amid a controversy over the causes that led to reach this situation.
