Discovery of dinosaur eggs in France reveals link to Argentina’s Patagonia

Paris/Mèze, France, May 13 (EFE).- How can two dinosaur nests separated by an ocean be related? Alain Cabot, who has discovered dozens of fossilized eggs on French soil, maintains that his findings belong to the Titanosaurus lineage that inhabited Argentine Patagonia at least 70 million years ago.

“In October, we began searching in a clayey area and discovered the first eggs—by the dozens—but there must be hundreds buried there,” Cabot, a geologist by training and owner of a private dinosaur park in Mèze (about 30 kilometers from Montpellier), told EFE.
