Diphtheria vaccination campaign for children in Indonesia

Banda Aceh, Indonesia, Nov 14 (EFE/EPA).- Health workers in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, administered On Thursday diphtheria vaccines as part of the Immunization of School-Age Children Month (BIAS) program.

The initiative aims to prevent diphtheria, a contagious disease that affects the nose and throat, through routine immunizations.
