Diana Mondino: if the EU-Mercosur agreement is not resolved this year, it is a waste of time

São Paulo, Apr 16 (EFE).- Argentina's Foreign Minister, Diana Mondino, said Tuesday in the Brazilian city of São Paulo that she expects the trade agreement between the European Union (EU) and Mercosur to be resolved this year because if not, "it is a waste of time".
