The detainee for the kidnapping of a woman in Vitoria is taken to the place where he held her

Vitoria, March 18 (EFE).- The man arrested for attacking and kidnapping his ex-partner in Vitoria, against whom he had a restraining order, was taken this afternoon to the place of the old town of the city where he held her for hours before she could escape this morning.
