Descent from Cross and procession in Menorca

Mahón (Menorca), Mar 30 (EFE).- (Camera: David Arquimbau). This Holy Friday the icon of Jesus from the Cross was lowered into the parish church of Santa María de Maó, Menorca. A tradition documented in the 17th century that was recovered in the events of Holy Week last year. Subsequently, the procession of the Holy Burial began and toured the streets of the historic center of the city.
