UN denounces increasing restrictions and arbitrary detentions in Venezuela

Geneva (Switzerland), Jul 3 (EFE) - The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, regretted the increase in restrictions on civic space reported in the weeks leading up to the presidential elections in Venezuela, so he asked the authorities for an open and free space for debate.
