Democracy in Latin America will never be perfect without women, says UN Women leader

Quito, Jun 11 (EFE).- The regional director of UN Women for the Americas and the Caribbean, Uruguayan Maria-Noel Vaeza, said that democracy in Latin America “will never be perfect if women do not participate” and added that, therefore, parity in politics is the horizon towards which to walk.
