Death toll rises to 5 in Valencia fire | Video

Valencia (Spain), Feb 23 (EFE).- (Camera: Eusebio Calatayud). The number of deaths from the fire of a residential building in the Campanar neighborhood of Valencia rises to five, according to the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) after the court on duty has opened proceedings and decreed the secret of the performances.

According to a statement from the TSJCV, the judicial commission has traveled to the scene of the event to remove the mortal remains of five possible victims.

The magistrate has decided to decree the secrecy of the actions in guard functions after receiving an advance of the police report in order to protect the investigations and the privacy of the victims and their families.
