Death toll rises to 99 in devastating Valparaiso fires

Santiago de Chile, Feb 4 (EFE) - The number of dead in the devastating fires raging in the Valparaiso region, 100 kilometers west of Santiago, has risen to 99, of which only 32 have been identified, Chile's Forensic Medical Service reported on Sunday.
