At least 7 dead, dozens injured in Mumbai building fire | Video

Mumbai, Oct 6 (EFE/EPA).- A fire in a six-story residential building in Mumbai, western India, has caused the tragic loss of at least seven lives and left dozens injured, official sources have confirmed.

Authorities report that a total of 51 people were injured, five of them critically.

The fire broke out early Friday morning on the second floor of the residential building, where discarded materials had accumulated.

According to city fire department sources, it subsequently spread to several vehicles parked nearby. (Camera: DIVYAKANT SOLANKI).
