Danish chef René Redzepi reflects on the search for longevity

San Sebastián, Oct 9 (EFE).- The Danish chef René Redzepi participated this Monday in the San Sebastián Gastronomika congress with the presentation 'Retrospective. In search of longevity' and, before his talk, he paid tribute to chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and the entire Mugaritz team for the 25th anniversary of the Guipuzcoan restaurant.
