Costa Rican President reaches mid-term in office with economy on the rise and homicide wave

San José, May 8 (EFE) - Costa Rican President Rodrigo Chaves reached the halfway point of his term in office on Wednesday amid good economic data and high popularity, but with the highest homicide figures in the country's history and facing the counterweights of power.
