Costa Rica and United Arab Emirates sign "historic" trade and investment agreement

San José, Apr 17 (EFE).- Costa Rica and the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday took what they described as a "historic" step in strengthening their bilateral relations with the signing of an agreement that frees 90% of trade immediately and seeks to encourage investment in areas such as infrastructure and energy.
