Cordoba becomes watercolor in the brushes of artists from around the world

Cordoba, Mar 18 (EFE) (Camera: Miguel Angel Salas) - More than 230 artists from 42 countries around the world have had the opportunity to capture with their brushes the Cordoba of today in watercolor, artistic technique that stars in the II International Watercolor Festival, organized by IWS-Arte21 telematically as the branch office in Spain of the International Watercolor Society, which will culminate with a major exhibition.
