U.S. is considering whether Cuba deserves to continue to be considered an instigator of terrorism

Bogota, Oct 3 (EFE) - The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Monday in Bogota that for the moment Cuba will not be removed from the list of countries that instigate terrorism, at the request of Colombia for hosting the negotiators of the guerrillas of the National Liberation Army (ELN), but said they will continue to consider it.
