Commemorative events in Moscow on the 38th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear catastrophe

Moscow (Russia), Apr 26 (EFE/EPA) - Moscow is holding a memorial ceremony at the monument to the victims of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster on the 38th anniversary of the explosion of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant reactor at the Mitino cemetery in Moscow.

The explosion of reactor 4 at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in the early hours of April 26, 1986, is still considered the worst nuclear catastrophe to date.
