Former Colombian minister proposes "profound reforms" to the international financial system

Santiago de Chile, Aug 18 (EFE).- The former Colombian Finance Minister, José Antonio Ocampo, called Friday in Santiago de Chile to "implement deep reforms to the international financial system", in the framework of a conference he delivered for the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
