Colombian governor: We are increasingly losing territory to armed groups

Bogotá, Jul 25 (EFE).- Rafaela Cortés, governor of the Colombian department of Meta, has been in office for just seven months and feels that every day “we are losing more territory” to the FARC dissidents, who are getting stronger, so she is asking the government to allow a regional peace dialogue with this group to begin.
