The Colombian government and a FARC dissident group set up peace talks table

Tibú (Colombia), Oct 16 (EFE) - The Colombian government and the Estado Mayor Central (EMC), the main dissidence of the former FARC, installed this Monday a peace talks table with the signing of a bilateral ceasefire and the appointment of delegates who will try to reach an agreement to end the armed conflict.
