Colombian government and ELN agree to create a "multi-donor fund" for the peace process

Havana, Feb 6 (EFE) - The Colombian government and the National Liberation Army (ELN) announced Tuesday an agreement to create a "multi-donor fund for the peace process" at the close of the sixth round of negotiations in Havana.
