Colombian Government assures that the ELN released all the reported hostages that it had until 2023

Bogotá, February 28 (EFE).- The chief negotiator of the Colombian Government in the peace talks with the National Liberation Army (ELN), Vera Grabe, confirmed to EFE that this guerrilla has freed all the people who were reported and verified as kidnapped for economic purposes until last December.

When the issue of the kidnapping discussion began, we passed a list of 26 people, all of whom were released, except for 3. Then came the ELN's declaration that it was going to suspend the kidnapping and then 3 people were released, that is, they have complied.
