Colombian congressman returns to the country and says he was illegally detained in Venezuela.-

Bogotá, Apr 20 (EFE).- Colombian Congressman José Jaime Uscátegui, of the opposition Democratic Center party, who was inadmitted by Venezuelan authorities on Friday upon his arrival in that country, returned to Bogotá on Saturday and denounced that he was held in an "illegal, arbitrary and abusive" manner.
