Colombian conductor Orozco-Estrada makes his debut in Vienna

Vienna (Austria), Feb 20 (EFE) - (Camera: Jorge Dastis) He has little but intense activity in his native Colombia but denies having abandoned his country. Conductor Andrés Orozco-Estrada, who makes his debut tomorrow at the Vienna Opera with an intense Carmen by Georges Bizet (1838-1875), says that the more he learns in his successful international career, the more he can share at home.

TRANSLATION:

A very intense experience and I think that's how I would write this, Carmen is very intense and very human, we tried and we worked a lot on the psychological and mental part of each character that is Carmen today, I think it is almost a classic, it is not necessarily a very new production but here is a premiere, I am sure it will also become a classic even here in Vienna as well.
