Colombia and Netflix to boost audiovisual industry for vulnerable youths

Cartagena (Colombia), Mar 17 (EFE).- Colombia's Ministry of Culture announced Thursday a new program, in collaboration with Netflix and the Inter-American Development Bank, that will help and train vulnerable young Colombians and provide them with opportunities in the audiovisual industry.
