Colombia is experiencing another electoral campaign stained by violence despite the ceasefire

Bogotá, Oct 26 (EFE).- Colombia celebrates local and regional elections this Sunday in an unprecedented context, with ceasefires and the supposed willingness to negotiate by two armed groups that have not translated into a reduction in violence since the current campaign is one of the most violent of the last years.
