China's Shenzhou-19 astronauts dock with Tiangong Station for six-month mission

Beijing, Oct 30 (EFE).- China's Shenzhou-19 spacecraft successfully docked with the Tianhe module of the Tiangong space station, the China Manned Space Agency announced.

The docking, completed at 11.00 local time (03.00 GMT), carried three astronauts to the station, including mission leader Cai Xuzhe and new arrivals Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze.

The Shenzhou-19 crew will conduct six months of scientific research aboard the station, focusing on lunar habitat construction experiments. (Camera: HANDOUT).
