Jiuquan (China), Apr 25 (EFE/EPA) - China's Shenzhou-18 spacecraft blasted off Thursday with three astronauts on board for the Tiangong space station, becoming the seventh manned mission to reach the infrastructure and the third to board it since its construction was completed in late 2022.

A Long March 2F rocket successfully boosted the spacecraft from the Jiuquan space base, located in a desert area in the north of the Asian giant, at 20:59 local time (12:59 GMT) on Thursday.
