Beijing, Dec 3 (EFE/EPA).- During the recent three-day New Year holiday, travel in China has seen a remarkable rebound, reaching pre-crisis levels. According to data released by the Chinese Ministry of Transport, some 1.72 million inbound and outbound trips were made each day. This increase in travel was evident at major transport hubs, such as Beijing Capital International Airport, where long queues at self check-in counters illustrated the high volume of travellers. This significant increase in travel activity indicates a strong recovery in the country's tourism and transport sectors, reflecting a return to normality after the problems posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
