Chile reopens emblematic metro station closed since 2019 social unrest

Santiago de Chile, Jan 9 (EFE).- The main access to the emblematic Baquedano station of the Santiago Metro, closed since Oct. 18, 2019, when the social outbreak began, was reopened Tuesday, returning normality to this area, which was the epicenter of the largest wave of protests since the return to democracy.
