Chiapas broke the Guinness Record of the largest cheese ball in the world

Pijijiapan (Mexico), Aug 31 (EFE).- The Mexican municipality of Pijijiapan, known for making the best cheeses in the state of Chiapas, broke the Guinness World Record with the preparation of the largest ball of string cheese, known in Chiapas gastronomy as "quesillo".
