St. Petersburg (Russia), May 24 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Anatoly Maltsev) More than 1,500 choristers took part today in celebrations for the Day of Slavic Literature and Culture in St. Petersburg's Mikhailovsky Garden. The Day of Slavic Literature and Culture is celebrated in many countries of the Slavic world to commemorate the brothers Cyril and Methodius, creators of the first Slavic alphabet.
