Carlos Javier, face of first report of extrajudicial execution in Ecuador conflict

Guayaquil (Ecuador), Mar 5 (EFE) - Laura Ipanaqué has been undergoing psychological treatment since the murder of her son Carlos Javier Vega, who a month ago was riddled with bullets by soldiers in an episode that constitutes the first report of an alleged extrajudicial execution since the beginning of the "internal armed conflict" declared in Ecuador against organized crime.
