Cantabrian chefs fuse the diet of their ancestors with contemporary gastronomy

Santander, April 17 (EFE).- This Wednesday the "Prehgastro" congress on the evolution of gastronomy since prehistory was held at the Palacio de la Magdalena in Santander.

The program of this congress concluded this Wednesday with conferences, round tables and a living cooking session, in which different chefs from Cantabria, based on the knowledge acquired about the diet of their ancestors and fusing contemporary gastronomy, have prepared different dishes.
