Munich (Germany), Apr 10 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Anna Szilagyi) The founder of the Aschheim Cannabis Club, Wenzel Cerveny, tends his cannabis plant with an eye on setting up the Aschheim Cannabis Club, after the German Federal Council (Bundesrat) passed a law on 22 March decriminalising recreational cannabis use in Germany for adults over the age of 18. From 1 April 2024 it will be legal for adults in Germany to possess up to 50 grams of dried cannabis at home and up to 25 grams in public for personal use.
